How does it work?

Our programmes will give you tools to analyse the impact of cultural differences on your job, and how you can make these differences work for you. Practical exercises will expand your repertoire of effective communicative styles, and interactive presentations and business cases offer new insights into trust building and knowledge transfer back in your job. Our problem solving techniques are designed to give you fresh ideas for resolving the complex dilemmas you encounter in your role as international manager.

Developing your personal skills

A better understanding of cultural factors will be complemented by assessing how well you personally are currently managing the challenge of operating across cultures. You will get the opportunity to complete the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) and receive personal feedback on competences that are fundamental for your role as an international manager. The IRC assesses intercultural competences and allows for in-depth personal feedback on leadership competences. The IRC has been widely recognised in business and academic circles as valid and reliable, and you can compare your answers to 20,000 respondents from all over the world. Depending on your responsibilities and needs, participation in our programmes can be complemented by group and individual coaching following the programme.
