IBI coach Michael Pantlin

Michael was born and bred in England before studying industrial engineering at Eindhoven University in the Netherlands. Since then he has had a varied career in a broad range of management capacities at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. He has proved successful at achieving business results in international partnerships. As Director Corporate Strategy Michael was closely involved in KLM's merger activities culminating in the Air France KLM combination in 2003. As part of the post-merger integration team Michael focussed on cultural bridging and joint leadership development. As a result he has now further developed into an intercultural consultant and management coach. He has had his own management coaching practice since 1999 which now includes cross-cultural coaching. His strength is a practical, integral approach and understanding of the relevant business and organizational challenges. Since 2008 Michael is an independent coach and consultant who works in English and Dutch.

IBI coach Mechtild Beucke-Galm

Mechtild is a senior consultant in leadership and organisation development. She is skilled in the development of individuals and organizations, and in their combination. Mechtild has broad experience of different business sectors, and works effectively with large and mid-sized companies. She often supports managers to translate their strategy into every day operational activities, and is experienced in helping to develop new 'third-way' working cultures after mergers and major reorganisations. Upon request, she integrates potential analysis and career consulting into her coaching. She studied science and pedagogy in Münster and Würzburg. She trained as a family therapist with Professor Horst-Eberhard Richter, Gießen, as an organisational consultant with Dr. Gerhard Fatzer, Zürich, as a coach with Richard Timel, Vienna, and in dialogue with Dr. William Isaacs at MIT, USA. Mechtild works in German and English.


IBI coach Jessica Austin

An American living in the Netherlands since 1999, Jessica is a certified coach and trainer with 15 years of US and Pan-European HR, recruitment, career education, coaching and training experience, primarily in the areas of intercultural communication skills, leadership development, professional and personal transition, mobility and assimilation. Jessica holds a degree in Psychology and Education (Cum Laude) and graduated from the reputable Coaching Certification Program at The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Intercultural Skills Trainer.

IBI coach Johanne Spjut

Johanne originally comes from Brussels, Belgium, and now lives in Stockholm, Sweden. In the past 15 years, she has acquired a broad international experience working with leaders from all over the world and supporting global companies to manage and grow their talent base. Johanne's work focuses on raising leadership effectiveness and on developing multicultural competence. Johanne is certified in a number of internationally recognized HR assessment tools. She studied at Brussels University, at the Stockholm School of Economics (IFL) and at the Duke University (Fuqua School of Business). Johanne founded her own company, which is based in Sweden, offering highly personalized services in leadership development and executive coaching. Johanne works in English, Swedish and French.
