Guy's involvement and interest in developing people comes from a pragmatic rather than theoretical and intellectual approach. Having been a line and general manager in both manufacturing and service industries he has spent the last 12 years helping a variety of clients in the area of leadership, people and organisation development. Clients span a variety of industries from oil through steel, telecommunications to banking. Involvement with clients is based on a long-term development relationship.
Working with culturally diverse groups has always been a special interest and Guy has developed a close relationship with IBI marrying together the strengths of both partners to produce a highly interactive experience for clients.
Guy is a qualified practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Team Management Index, Belbin Team Roles, Innovation Potential Indicator and ASE Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire.
