Anne Sherry
Anne Sherry is a seasoned HR and Communications professional with substantial experience in all aspects of corporate HR Management, gained in a variety of different environments, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and IT, both UK and international.
Anne started her career in IT with Unisys and after several years in manufacturing, she moved into healthcare in a high profile change management role. In 1988 she joined Reckitt and Colman and for the next ten years worked internationally with them as well as United Distillers and Seagram.
She now runs her own HR and communications consultancy, which specialises in the development and delivery of high level solutions to both local and global business issues. Anne offers particular expertise in working with cross-cultural groups, remote teams and in international HR management. This is underpinned by significant experience acquired in the UK and overseas, notably in West, Central and Eastern Europe, the United States and Hong Kong.
Anne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the Institute of Directors and a faculty member of Management Centre Europe. She speaks and works in English, French and Spanish, and in addition speaks some German and Russian. Anne is qualified to administer a number of psychometric tests, thus providing a valuable asset for IBI's work in the area of competency assessments.
