Mechtild Beucke-Galm
Mechtild is a senior consultant in leadership and organisation development. She is skilled in the development of individuals and organizations, and in their combination.
Mechtild has broad experience of different business sectors, and works effectively with large and mid-sized companies. She often supports managers to translate their strategy into every day operational activities. She is also experienced in helping to develop new 'third-way' working cultures after mergers or major re-structurings.
Mechtild frequently works as a coach, when she accompanies managers in their professional and personal development. When requested, she integrates potential analysis and career consulting into her coaching.
She studied science and pedagogy in Münster and Würzburg. She trained as a family therapist with Professor Horst-Eberhard Richter, Gießen, as an organisational consultant with Dr. Gerhard Fatzer, Zürich, as a coach with Richard Timel, Vienna, and in dialogue with Dr. William Isaacs at MIT, USA. Mechtild founded her own company in 1998 and has been its Managing Director since then.
Mechtild works in German and English.
