After completing an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics, Lisa worked with Group AG London (Negotiation Consultants) from 1992 to 1997. Whilst at the LSE, she completed her thesis on a comparative cross cultural study on French and British management styles, which was then applied to negotiations.

Bilingual in English and French, Lisa established her own company in France and works with IBI throughout Europe. She runs courses in both French and English on cross cultural communication and negotiating, international team-building, and cultural awareness. Lisa also lectures in Intercultural Negotiating at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. With Andrew Gottschalk, she has published several articles on Negotiating: 'Surviving at the Negotiating Table' (LBS Alumni Journal), 'Negotiating with other Europeans' (AMBA), 'Know Your Negotiating Style' (LBS Alumni Journal) and 'Negotiating with the French' (MCB University Press).

Lisa was responsible for a project in which IBI consults to PricewaterhouseCoopers on the appropriate criteria for cross border selection and assessment. Her current clients include Arjo Wiggins, DaimlerChrysler AG, Marks & Spencers, KasBank N.V., KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and the Paris Chamber of Commerce.
