General focus in these programmes:
Leadership is about encouraging the willing commitment of people towards a shared goal. Increasingly leadership has to be effective across organisational and national cultures. Given the trends towards more fluid organisation structures, a questioning of hierarchy, more flexible working practices and the importance of intellectual capital then the demands upon leaders are many and constantly changing. An approach reflecting merely strict command and control measures is increasingly questionable.
The purpose of IBI Leadership Programmes is to provide the opportunity for clients to raise their understanding about leadership in an international context and to build leadership behaviours relevant to the needs of their organisation.
