Johanne originally comes from Brussels, Belgium, and now lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
In the past 15 years, she has acquired a broad international experience working with leaders from all over the world and supporting global companies to manage and grow their talent base.
Johanne's work focuses on raising leadership effectiveness and on developing multicultural competence.
Johanne is certified in a number of internationally recognized HR assessment tools. She studied at Brussels University, at the Stockholm School of Economics (IFL) and at the Duke University (Fuqua School of Business). Johanne founded her own company, which is based in Sweden, offering highly personalized services in leadership development and executive coaching.
