Ursula Brinkmann is a specialist in the management of Dutch-German business issues, training of cross cultural communication and the assessment of people's intercultural competence. Ursula is in charge of IBI's research program.
Lisa Newson is a specialist in cross cultural negotiating and international teambuilding. Lisa also lectures at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
Oscar van Weerdenburg is a trainer and consultant to a wide range of international companies who are aware that they are operating in a complex multicultural environment.
